Project Lead Responsibilities Project Planning &

- Execution Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including infrastructure, applications, digital transformation, and system implementation initiatives. Continuous Improvement

Drive process improvements and adoption of best practices in project management. Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital innovation. Support change management and user adoption initiatives.

Qualifications Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Experience 8–12 years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 3–5 years in project management roles.

Experience managing enterprise-wide IT projects involving applications, infrastructure, cloud, ERP, or digital transformation programs. Exposure to vendor management and stakeholder engagement.
