Job responsibilities:

Experience 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure.

Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Process Plants, or OT Infrastructure will be preferred.

- Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain HPE SAN Storage, HPE Servers, and SAN connectivity.
- Administer Fiber Channel SAN, including:
- Storage zoning, Multipathing, LUN provisioning, Storage performance monitoring
- Manage enterprise networking, including LAN, WAN, MPLS, VPN, and Internet connectivity.
- Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks.
- Configure and manage routing protocols, including: Static Routing, OSPF, BGP, VLANs
- Configure and manage HPE Switches, including: VLANs, STP, Link Aggregation (LACP), ACLs, QoS, Network security
- Configure and manage Firewalls, including:
- Monitor infrastructure using Network Management Systems (NMS) and proactively resolve issues.
- Manage Windows Server workplace.
- Perform patch management for Windows and Linux servers in accordance with security policies.
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and File Services.




- Manage virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V.
- Configure and maintain Server Backup & Replication
- Ensure backup verification and conduct periodic recovery testing.
- Maintain system documentation, network diagrams, SOPs, and asset inventory.
- Monitor infrastructure health, capacity, and performance, and perform optimization as required.
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for issue resolution and hardware support.
- Ensure IT infrastructure complies with cybersecurity and IT security best practices.
- Support disaster recovery planning and business continuity activities.
- Participate in infrastructure implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for critical infrastructure incidents.
- Must be proficient in managing SAP Business One server and manage database.

Qualifications

- Strong technical support and information technology skills
- Proven track record of managing IT operations
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Expertise in creating and implementing IT policies and procedures
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Experience with network security and stability
- Experience with storage, virtualization and database management system technologies
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, servers, and desktop applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A , ITIL Foundation, or CCNA are a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in HFT is a plus

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
