Role Description This full-time, in office IT Hardware role is based at United Superspeciality Hospital and Trauma Centre in Gondia. The position involves installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, servers, network devices, and peripherals used throughout the hospital. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware and network issues, ensuring data connectivity in clinical and administrative areas, and performing routine maintenance and upgrades.

The role also requires monitoring network performance, supporting end users with IT-related queries, coordinating with vendors for repairs or replacements,



and following hospital policies for data security and device management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology knowledge with hands-on experience in IT hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Candidates should possess Network Administration skills, including managing switches, routers, and basic server connectivity.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Network Security awareness, including safe handling of devices, basic firewall concepts, and adherence to security protocols.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support medical and administrative staff, communicate clearly, and document issues and resolutions.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Industry certifications (such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced hospital environment, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
