Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible IT Engineer to manage day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain computer networks, and provide technical support to employees. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network infrastructure.
- Install and manage operating systems, applications, drivers, and security updates.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical problems promptly.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic IT security.
- Maintain IT asset and inventory records.
- Perform regular data backup and assist with data recovery when required.
- Troubleshoot email, internet, printer, and other office IT-related issues.
- Support CCTV, biometric systems, servers, and other IT infrastructure where applicable.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, networking, and maintenance requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT issues, repairs, installations, and equipment.
- Ensure company IT systems remain secure, updated, and operational.




- Follow company IT policies and maintain confidentiality of business data.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Knowledge of computer networking and basic server administration.
- Knowledge of antivirus, system security, and data backup.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple technical issues and prioritize tasks.

Qualification
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant IT certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant IT support/networking experience preferred.

Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.

Working Requirements

- Ability to provide on-site technical support.
- Willingness to handle urgent IT issues when required.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Maintain qualified behavior and confidentiality at all times.

- Timely resolution of IT support tickets.
- System and network uptime.
- Proper maintenance of IT assets.
- Timely completion of installations and updates.
- Reduction of recurring technical issues.
- Compliance with IT security and backup procedures.

Pay: ₹9,599.59 - ₹24,777.36 per month
