Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive rope access training to students, ensuring adherence to IRATA guidelines and safety standards.

- Conduct practical and theoretical sessions, including hands-on exercises and safety drills.

- Supervise and assess trainees performance to ensure they meet IRATA Level 3 certification standards.

- Provide guidance on best practices for rope access techniques, safety protocols, and equipment use.

- Maintain training equipment and ensure all tools and materials are up to date and in positive working condition.





- Ensure compliance with both Elite Offshore and IRATA's safety policies and standards.

- Assist in the development of training programs and updates in line with industry advancements.

Requirements

- Must hold a valid IRATA Level 3 certification with proven experience in rope access work.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Level 3 Rope Access Trainer.

- Strong knowledge of rope access equipment, techniques, and safety protocols.

- Excellent communication and instructional skills.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a training team.

- Strong commitment to safety and quality in training delivery.
