Senior Member – IP Management (Inhouse - Software Product Domain)
Work Location – Electronic City, Bangalore
Work mode - Hybrid
- Engineering in computer Science/ IT, Electronics, and related disciplines.
- 5-10 years of experience in the Intellectual Property domain.
Maintains a knowledge of:
- Experience in US, Indian, EP Patent Drafting & Prosecution in the domain of software patents.
- Knowledge of US, Indian and EPO patent laws
- Any relevant course/ certification in IP will be preferred but is not a limitation
- Analytical/problem solving skills with capability to identify solutions to complex problems.
- Ready to learn and expand the scope of skills across IP and Open-source compliance.
