Key Responsibilities

- Engage with international/Domestic customers via calls, emails, and chats.
- Explain insurance products and services effectively to clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle objections, resolve queries, and build long-term client relationships.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Robust negotiation and objection-handling skills.
