About the Role

Evolved Hair Restoration is looking for an exceptionally strong caller with excellent spoken English to join our Gurgaon team.

This is primarily a calling and patient coordination role supporting our Perth, Australia clinic. The successful candidate will communicate with Australian patients and enquiries throughout the day, helping manage appointments, follow-ups and ongoing patient communication.

Calling is the #1 priority of this role. We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, articulate, persuasive, warm and comfortable having professional conversations with international patients.

Key Responsibilities

Australia Operations – Primary Responsibility (90–95%)

· Make and receive calls with patients and prospective patients of Evolved Hair Restoration, Perth.

· Call new enquiries promptly and assist with appointment bookings.

· Follow up with prospective patients who have enquired about consultations or treatments.

· Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, rescheduling and cancellations.

· Make systematic follow-up calls to improve consultation attendance and patient conversion.

· Re-engage patients who have previously enquired but have not yet booked.

· Coordinate closely with the Perth clinic team to ensure appointment calendars remain accurate.

· Maintain clear records of calls, patient interactions and follow-up requirements.

· Communicate professionally and sensitively with patients considering hair restoration procedures.

International Patients – Gurgaon (5–10%)

· Handle enquiries from international patients considering treatment at Evolved Gurgaon.

· Assist with consultations,



appointment scheduling and treatment-related coordination.

· Follow up with international leads and existing patients as required.

Who We Are Looking For The most important requirement is outstanding spoken English and telephone communication skills.

The ideal candidate should have:

· Excellent fluency in spoken English – non-negotiable.

· Exceptional telephone etiquette and confidence.

· A clear, skilled and easily understandable accent.

· Solid listening and conversational skills – not someone who simply reads from a script.

· Ability to build rapport quickly and keep a conversation engaging.

· Strong follow-up discipline and persistence without sounding pushy.

· Comfort speaking with Australian and other international patients.

· Good computer skills and ability to work with appointment/CRM systems.

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Experience in a premium call centre, international BPO, healthcare, hospitality, travel, customer service or international sales environment would be preferred.

This is not a back-office or administrative position. The candidate should genuinely enjoy speaking with people and be comfortable spending a significant part of the working day on calls.
