​Position Overview​We are seeking dedicated, tech-savvy, and high-energy Intern Network Security Engineers to join our core technical team. This program is structured as an intensive training-cum-evaluation initiative where selected candidates will gain hands-on operational exposure to enterprise routing, switching, VPN technologies, and network security infrastructure.

1. Phase 1: Contractual Internship & Technical Training (Months 1 to 4)

- ​Cohort Size: 8–10 Engineers.
- ​Compensation: INR 11,000/- per month, disbursed upon submission of monthly invoices.
- ​Focus: Intensive hands-on training, lab simulations, live deployment shadowing, and performance evaluations.

1. ​Phase 2:



Full-Time Probation (Months 5 to 10)

- ​Selection: Based on performance evaluations at the end of Month 4, top 4–6 performers will be selected for permanent onboarding onto probation.
- ​Compensation: Established salary of INR 22,500/- per month.
- ​Focus: Live network security management, client deployments, and incident response.

​Roles & Responsibilities
- ​Configure, test, and troubleshoot enterprise-grade routers, switches, and network appliances.
- ​Implement and manage basic and advanced network services, including DNS, DHCP, Static IP allocation, Subnetting, and SNMP.
- ​Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, IS-IS, RIP) and multicast routing (PIM).
- ​Configure Layer 2 and Layer 3 segmentation, including VLANs, VxLAN, and VRF environments.
- ​Deploy, test, and manage secure remote access solutions including SSL VPN and IPSec VPN (both Site-to-Site and Client-to-Site configurations).
- ​Monitor network uptime, system performance, and device health via SNMP monitoring tools.
- ​Assist senior security architects in deploying firewall policies, threat monitoring, and infrastructure hardening.

​Technical Requirements & Qualifications​Educational Background




- ​B.Tech / B.E. in any stream (Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication, or related engineering fields preferred).

​Core Technical Must-Haves
- ​Fundamental Networking: Strong understanding of TCP/IP stack, Subnetting, DNS, DHCP, and Static IP configuration.
- ​Hands-on Router & Switch Configuration: Practical experience or hands-on lab knowledge with enterprise routers and switches.
- ​Routing Protocols: Knowledge of OSPF, BGP, IS-IS, RIP, and PIM.
- ​Network Virtualization & Isolation: Practical/Theoretical understanding of VLANs, VxLAN, and VRF.
- ​VPN Technologies: Strong fundamentals in IPSec VPN (Site-to-Site & Client-to-Site) and SSL VPN deployments.
- ​Monitoring Systems: Knowledge of SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) is mandatory.

​Additional Advantage (Good-to-Have)
- ​6 Months to 1 Year of prior hands-on experience in Firewall Configuration (e.g., OPNsense, Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, or open-source firewall platforms).
- ​CCNA or equivalent networking certification (In-progress or completed).
