Role Description

Interior Stylist

Location: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi

Work Schedule: In office | Tuesday to Sunday

We are looking for an Interior Stylist with a strong interior design background, refined aesthetic sensibility and a good understanding of how spaces, materials and furniture come together.

The role involves working across residential projects, supporting architects, interior designers and clients with furniture, millwork, material and styling recommendations. The ideal candidate should be able to understand a space from a user’s perspective, translate requirements into thoughtful design suggestions and present ideas clearly through well-developed decks.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements, lifestyle and functional needs to develop user-centred design solutions

Read and understand floor plans, layouts and spatial relationships

Develop furniture and millwork suggestions based on the space, aesthetic and requirements

Prepare presentation decks with furniture, finishes, materials, layouts and styling recommendations for architects, interior designers and clients

Assist clients in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, furniture and accessories





Develop material palettes and coordinate selections across a space

Style residential spaces using furniture, lighting, art, rugs, accessories and décor

Create cohesive and refined interiors while maintaining attention to proportion, scale, colour and texture

Work closely with internal teams to translate design concepts into practical solutions

Manage multiple projects and client requirements simultaneously

Key Requirements

2–5 years of experience in interior design, interior styling or a related field

Formal background in Interior Design / Interior Architecture

Strong understanding of layouts, furniture planning, materials and finishes

Good knowledge of furniture and millwork

Strong visual and aesthetic sensibility

Ability to create polished and well-structured presentation decks

Good communication and client-handling skills

Comfortable working across multiple projects and managing changing priorities

Strong attention to detail and ability to work within timelines

Proficiency in relevant design and presentation software The Right Candidate

We are looking for someone with a refined and considered aesthetic, who understands that good design is not only about how a space looks, but also how it works for the person using it.

The ideal candidate should be curious, organised, collaborative and comfortable multitasking, with the ability to move seamlessly between design thinking, client interaction, material selection and styling.

A strong interest in furniture, materials, décor and contemporary residential design will be an advantage.
