Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor (Turnkey Interiors) Location: Bangalore Company: Living Edge Job Summary We are looking for a highly disciplined and proactive Interior Site Supervisor to manage end-to-end execution of commercial and residential interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Living Edge's uncompromising quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Take complete ownership of assigned projects from site handover to final client handover. Supervise civil, carpentry, modular furniture installation, electrical, plumbing, painting, glass, false ceiling, flooring, and finishing works. Coordinate daily with factory, procurement, vendors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and clients.

Ensure work is executed exactly as per approved drawings and specifications. Plan manpower requirements and allocate resources efficiently. Monitor daily progress and achieve weekly and monthly milestones.

Maintain strict quality control at every stage of execution. Verify all materials received at site for quality and quantity. Maintain material consumption records and minimize wastage. Ensure site cleanliness and safety standards are maintained at all times.

Prepare Daily Progress

Reports (DPR) with photographs. Identify risks proactively and immediately report any delays or issues. Coordinate client inspections, snag rectification, and final handover. Ensure zero rework through proper planning and supervision.





Skills Required Strong knowledge of commercial and residential interior execution. Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and BOQs. Excellent labour and subcontractor management. Good understanding of modular furniture installation. Knowledge of MEP coordination. Solid communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp, and basic project reporting.

Experience 3–8 years in Interior Fit-Out/Turnkey Projects.

Experience handling corporate offices, government projects, hospitals, educational institutions, or premium residential interiors.

Experience coordinating with in-house manufacturing units is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Interior Design. Relevant experience in turnkey interiors will also be considered.
