– Interior Site Supervisor Company: SRIE Decors Location: Sompura Gate, Sarjapur, Bengaluru Position: Interior Site Supervisor Experience: 2–5 years in Interior Execution / Site Supervision Employment Type: Full-Time Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day interior execution activities at residential and commercial project sites. The candidate should be capable of coordinating workers, vendors, designers, and clients while ensuring quality, timelines, and proper execution as per approved designs. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily interior execution work at project sites.

Coordinate carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, civil, glass, and other interior works. Read and understand 2D drawings, 3D designs, BOQ, and measurements. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Take accurate site measurements and verify material requirements. Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, vendors, and other contractors. Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the scheduled timeline.

Check material quality and ensure proper utilization at site. Identify site issues and coordinate with the design/project team for solutions. Maintain daily site updates, work progress reports,



and material requirements.

Coordinate with clients during site visits and provide professional updates. Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline at the project site. Check completed work and prepare snag/punch lists for rectification.

Minimize material wastage and ensure proper handling of company materials. Support project handover and final inspection. Requirements2–5 years of experience in interior site supervision or execution. Good knowledge of modular furniture, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, and civil works.

Ability to read drawings and understand measurements. Positive communication and coordination skills. Strong knowledge of site execution and quality checking. Ability to handle multiple activities and workers at the same time.

Should be willing to travel to project sites in and around Bengaluru. Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
