Role Description The Interior Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing interior projects from concept handover through execution and completion. This role includes coordinating with designers, suppliers, and contractors, managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and ensuring that all materials and products are sourced, delivered, and installed as per specifications.

The Interior Project

Manager will plan and track procurement and logistics, supervise inspections of delivered items, and resolve issues related to quality, delays, or design changes. Daily tasks involve preparing project schedules and status reports, conducting site visits, monitoring installation progress,



and communicating regularly with clients and internal stakeholders to keep projects aligned with expectations. The role also requires adherence to safety and compliance standards and continuous optimization of processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to follow up on orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify product quality, check compliance with design specifications, and conduct in office quality checks.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle shipping, storage, and distribution of interior products and materials.
- Relevant experience in interior, architectural, or construction project management, preferably with hospitality or commercial projects.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for working with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients.
- Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office; knowledge of interior materials and finishes is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
