Project Execution Coordinator – Corporate Fit-Out

Location: Kundalahalli Gate, Varthur Main Road, Bangalore

Experience: 2–3+ years

Salary: ₹30,000–₹45,000/month

We are looking for a Project Execution Coordinator with experience in Corporate Interior Fit-Out projects to coordinate site execution, vendors, procurement and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day execution of corporate fit-out projects.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, MEP teams and site teams.

Monitor project schedules, materials and procurement.

Track site progress, quality and timelines.

Read and coordinate execution through AutoCAD drawings.

Maintain project documentation and reports.

Support snagging and final project handover.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design.

2–3+ years of relevant Corporate Interior Fit-Out / Project Execution experience.

Valuable knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Project.

- Strong site coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
