Project Manager – Interior Execution

Experience - 5yr +

Education : B. Tech Civil / B. Arch / B. Design

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor multiple interior project sites.

Handle and guide Site Supervisors/Engineers.

Plan site activities as per BOQ, drawings, and project timelines.

Ensure projects are completed on time with required quality.

Take daily updates on manpower, progress, materials, and technical issues.

Resolve site issues quickly and take timely execution decisions.

Coordinate with clients for execution-related requirements and issues.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for smooth execution.

Ensure proper team bonding and coordination among Site Supervisors and vendors.

Monitor quality and minimize rework and delays.

Identify potential site problems proactively and provide smart solutions.





Track progress of all sites and follow up on pending activities.

Prepare and share regular site/project updates with management.

Escalate critical issues with a solution/action plan.

Ensure proper coordination between Design, Execution, Vendors, Clients, and Management.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of interior execution and BOQ.
