Role Description The Interior Design Project Manager is responsible for leading interior design projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad involves coordinating with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to translate design concepts into detailed plans and deliverables. Daily tasks include overseeing space planning, reviewing construction drawings, managing furniture selection and procurement, and monitoring site execution and installations.

The role involves preparing project documentation, scheduling and tracking milestones, resolving design and execution issues, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Manager also supports design presentations, ensures adherence to brand and design standards, and contributes to continuous improvement of processes and project outcomes.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to translate concepts into functional and aesthetic layouts.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with Construction Drawings and technical documentation, including reviewing and coordinating with consultants and contractors.
- Knowledge of Furniture selection, customization, and procurement for hospitality, commercial, and residential projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Competence in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools) and standard office applications.
- Solid organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or commercial interiors is an advantage.
