Key Responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact for new client enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable interior solutions.
- Present the company’s services, design approach, and value proposition effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through qualified communication.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure client expectations are accurately captured.
- Assist in preparing quotations, presentations, and follow-ups to drive conversions.
- Maintain and update lead records, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM systems.
