This role is approximately 60% Integration Center-based and 40% field-based, supporting both rack build projects and customer deployments.
About the Role
Sycomp is seeking an Integration Center Engineer (IT Asset Management & Endpoint Services) to join our Bangalore Integration Center and support the delivery of endpoint, asset management, and deployment services for global customers. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for preparing, configuring, deploying, tracking, and supporting laptops, desktops, peripherals, and end-user devices while ensuring accuracy, quality, and operational excellence throughout the device lifecycle.
Working closely with technical and operational teams, you will support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, endpoint provisioning, device imaging, hardware troubleshooting, inventory management, and asset tracking. You'll play an significant role in ensuring customer and employee devices are delivered, maintained, and supported to the highest standards.
This position offers exposure to enterprise endpoint technologies, device lifecycle management, IT asset management processes, and deployment projects supporting global organizations across a wide range of industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, provision, and deploy laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals for end users.
- Install and update operating systems, drivers, BIOS/firmware, security patches, and approved software.
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, device allocation, recovery, and redeployment activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory and asset records, including serial numbers, asset tags, user assignments, locations, and warranty information.
- Perform device imaging, configuration, testing, quality checks, and deployment activities.
- Coordinate asset returns, secure data wipes, equipment inspection, and preparation for reuse.
- Support hardware troubleshooting, component replacement, warranty requests, and vendor coordination.
- Work with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Autopilot.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, asset management standards, and security requirements.
- Support day-to-day Integration Center operations and project activities as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in IT Asset Management, End User Computing, Endpoint Support, Desktop Support, or similar roles.
- Experience deploying and supporting Windows and/or macOS devices.
- Familiarity with Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, or equivalent endpoint management tools .
- Experience with asset tracking, inventory management, and device lifecycle processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and organizational skills.
