Role Description This is a full-time, in office Insurance Agent role based in Jaipur or ajmer .

The Insurance

Agent will identify prospective clients, explain various insurance products, and recommend suitable coverage options tailored to individual and business needs. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients, conducting needs assessments, preparing insurance proposals, and supporting policy issuance and renewals. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, responding to inquiries, handling basic claims-related support,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and compliance.

The Insurance

Agent will also contribute to sales targets, participate in local marketing activities, and provide timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to understand and communicate different insurance products and benefits.
- Experience in Insurance Brokerage and Finance, including basic knowledge of financial planning and risk management.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle questions, and resolve issues professionally.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information in clear, simple terms.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward sales and performance targets.
- Basic proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems for client management and documentation.
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
