Highly skilled having Pyro section experience, Gad Analysers, AC/DC Drives drives,

Of Position Incumbent

- To maximise plant availability, improving productivity and minimizing maintenance cost for Kiln, Coal mill & wagon tippler section

- Doing calibration of weigh feeders, Rotascle, Coriolis as required and maintaining records for same.

- Regularly checking of gas Analysers , stack monitors and maintaining the recors.

- Checking of hydraulic system like IKN cooler, FLS CB cooler and Piffer, mill hydraluics & Wagon tippler hydraulics

- Regular upkeep of all conveyor safety devices and Bag filters

- Preparation for cost estimation, finalizing technical specifications and planning for execution for recent/Capex jobs

- Maintaining Pi system & Data historian for the plant.

- Safety standards implementation, safety enhancement at workplace, ISO/WCM system implementation

- Develop Self and subordinates development, People management
