Role Description The Installation Quality Check (Interior Fit Out) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves inspecting interior fit-out installations to ensure they meet design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Daily responsibilities include checking workmanship and materials, verifying measurements and alignment, and documenting any deviations or defects.

The role also requires coordinating with site supervisors, contractors, and design teams to resolve issues promptly and keep projects on schedule.



The professional in this position will prepare inspection reports, maintain records of completed checks, and support continuous improvement of installation standards.

Qualifications

- Ability to review drawings, specifications, and BOQs, with robust attention to detail in interior fit-out quality checks.
- Experience conducting on-site inspections of carpentry, civil work, finishes, and installations, ensuring adherence to standards and safety norms.
- Competence in documenting findings, preparing reports, and communicating clearly with project managers, contractors, and design teams.
- Familiarity with basic construction and interior design processes, materials, and installation techniques.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple site visits and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site, take initiative, and resolve issues in a practical and timely manner.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in interior fit-out, site supervision, or quality control will be an added advantage.
