Role Description This is a full-time, in office Inside Sales Representative role based in Mumbai.

The role involves managing inbound and outbound sales calls, understanding customer requirements, and presenting suitable flooring and synthetic leather solutions.

The Inside Sales Representative will qualify and follow up on leads, prepare quotations, support account management activities, and coordinate with the external sales and operations teams.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, tracking orders, ensuring timely communication with customers,



and contributing to sales targets.

The role also requires building long-term relationships, gathering market feedback, and supporting promotional campaigns to increase product adoption.

Qualifications

- Robust Inside Sales skills, with experience in handling inbound and outbound inquiries and converting prospects into customers.
- Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through attentive Customer Service and effective problem resolution.
- Account Management capabilities, including maintaining relationships, tracking orders, and supporting repeat business.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Prior experience in building materials, flooring, interiors, or related industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
