Imagine being the architect behind a seismic shift in how B2B enterprise sales are won — not by tweaking playbooks, but by deploying Generative AI that fundamentally rewires how sales teams engage, negotiate, and close. If you've been waiting for the role where your deep AI expertise meets real revenue impact at a global scale, this is it.
What you will be doing
- Building and deploying real-time AI sales tools that feed live insights — customer preferences, upsell signals, deal-scoring — directly to reps during calls and negotiations, measurably lifting conversion rates.
- Developing advanced ML-driven forecasting models that predict market disruptions, competitive threats, and emerging opportunities with ≥95% accuracy, recalibrating within 48 hours of market shifts.
- Leading strategic AI initiatives that reshape the company's end-to-end sales strategy across multiple channels and markets — not just optimizing existing workflows, but designing entirely new ones.
- Mentoring L2 AI specialists, elevating the team's technical capability and ensuring AI projects ship on time and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Translating complex AI concepts into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in and driving adoption across the sales organization.
What you will NOT be doing
- Routine CRM administration or manual reporting — you'll be building the AI that automates these tasks, not doing them yourself.
- Waiting for someone else to define the AI roadmap — you own the strategic vision for AI in sales; there is no separate "innovation lab" you have to lobby.
- Working on theoretical research without business impact — every model you build is measured by revenue lift, forecast accuracy, and adoption rates.
- Sitting in endless alignment meetings — you have decision-making authority over tool design, model architecture, and deployment timelines.
- Supporting legacy systems with no path to modernization — the mandate here is transformation, not maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered tools that assist sales teams in real-time during customer interactions and negotiations.
- Own the end-to-end development of ML forecasting models that achieve ≥95% prediction accuracy and auto-recalibrate within 48 hours of market changes.
- Drive a measurable ≥20% increase in sales conversion rates directly attributable to AI tool deployment.
- Formulate and execute the long-term AI strategy for the sales department, aligning initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Mentor and develop L2 AI Innovation Specialists, conducting technical reviews and fostering skill growth.
- Produce actionable market analysis reports and forecast outputs that inform proactive business strategies and competitive positioning.
- Communicate AI strategy, progress, and ROI to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and persuasion.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales with a proven track record of managing and closing complex deals.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Generative AI tools and Large Language Models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) applied in a professional/commercial setting.
- Demonstrated ability to build or deploy machine learning models for forecasting, scoring, or classification in a sales or go-to-market context.
- Robust knowledge of sales strategies, customer journey mapping, and market dynamics — with evidence of using AI to enhance these areas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences and drive adoption.
- Experience mentoring or leading technical team members on AI/ML projects.
Nice to Have
- Experience with real-time data pipelines and streaming analytics (e.g., Kafka, Spark Streaming).
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, Gong) and their API ecosystems.
- Background in competitive intelligence or market research augmented by AI.
- Prior experience setting AI strategy at the department or business-unit level.
- Published work, talks, or visible thought leadership at the intersection of AI and sales.
What you will learn
- Enterprise-scale AI deployment: End-to-end experience shipping AI tools that are used daily by global sales teams — from prototype to production at scale.
- Strategic AI leadership: How to formulate, pitch, and execute a multi-year AI roadmap tied directly to revenue outcomes.
- Cross-functional influence: Sharpen your ability to drive change across sales, product, and engineering by quantifying AI impact in business terms.
- Cutting-edge GenAI techniques: Continuous exposure to the latest LLM capabilities, prompt engineering patterns, and agentic AI frameworks as they emerge.
- Market intelligence craft: Build deep expertise in predictive market modeling, competitive analysis, and scenario planning powered by AI.
