Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at Freviya Healthcare in Ahmedabad.

The Sales

Specialist will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication with customers, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

- Handle client enquiries via calls, emails and other apps.
- Explain products to clients via online and in person.
- Follow up and negotiate over price and closing leads.
- Following company policies legacies and maintain good relations with clients.
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
- Maintain existing business.
- Think critically when planning to assure project success.

Qualifications

- Should be talkative, charming, smart and should have good convincing skills.
- Good Convincing and Upselling skills
- Must have fluency in English, Hindi
- Should be familiar with computers, mobiles and social media apps.
- Minimum 3 years' prior sales / direct sales related experience
