: Ink Matching Executive

- Prepare and match ink shades as per customer specifications and job requirements.
- Select base colours and adjust ink formulations for different substrates.
- Conduct laboratory and press trials to ensure colour accuracy and consistency.
- Review job orders, technical specifications and colour standards.
- Troubleshoot shade and ink-performance issues with production teams and with the customers at their site.
- Maintain formulation records, trial reports and batch details.
- Coordinate with suppliers when technical assistance or materials are required.
- Follow quality, safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards.
- Work closely with supervisors,



operators and customers to support efficient production.

Requirements
- Knowledge of colour theory, ink types and shade-matching techniques.
- Practical experience in ink mixing, formulation and testing.
- Experience in flexographic printing or adaptable packaging will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of printing presses, substrates and ink performance.
- Familiarity with spectrophotometers or densitometers will be an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to maintain records and manage inventory systematically.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Diploma or degree in Printing Technology, Chemical Engineering or a related field; equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhiwandi.
- Minimum 1 year experience as an Ink Matching Expert is essential.
