As an Infrastructure Engineer, a typical day involves constructing, setting up, and validating data center and artificial intelligence infrastructure that spans compute, storage, networking, and platform components. This role requires transforming architectural blueprints into scalable, secure, and efficient production systems by applying dependable implementation methods and automation techniques. The position demands continuous engagement with evolving technologies to ensure infrastructure robustness and performance, supporting organizational goals through meticulous planning and execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the integration of infrastructure components to ensure seamless operation and alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.




- Coordinate with stakeholders to align infrastructure capabilities with project requirements and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform Engineering.
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools and scripting languages to streamline deployment and management processes.
- Strong understanding of data center architecture including compute, storage, and networking components.
- Ability to implement security best practices within infrastructure environments to safeguard data and systems.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and capacity planning to optimize infrastructure efficiency.
- Knowledge of cloud and hybrid infrastructure models to support scalable and flexible solutions.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Platform Engineering.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
