Position Title: Infrastructure and Partnership Manager

We aim to empower e-commerce players to decentralize their inventory by giving them access to a logistics network that is on par with existing marketplace giants. We also aim to empower OEMs/importers' supply chains by giving them access to a logistics network to scale as and when they want. Our services include storage/warehousing services, fulfillment services, leasing warehouse, warehouse possibility reports, first-mile, and middle-mile services.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Plan, develop, and maintain warehouse infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency
- Evaluate and select 3PL partners based on service capabilities and costeffectiveness
- Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance, and compliance
- Negotiate contracts and commercials with suppliers and service providers
- Monitor warehouse construction,



layout design, and equipment installation
- Oversee sourcing strategies to ensure timely procurement of materials and services
- Ensure 3PL operations meet quality, cost, and delivery benchmarks
- Analyze cost structures and implement cost-saving initiatives across warehouse operations
- Conduct periodic vendor audits and risk assessments to ensure reliability and compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align infrastructure and sourcing plans with business goals

Requirements

- Solid knowledge of warehouse infrastructure design and optimization
- Expertise in 3PL operations and contract management
- Proven skills in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management
- Commercial acumen with cost analysis and budgeting capabilities
- Project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- MS Excel & MS Word and E Mail Communication Skills
- Should have excellent computer knowledge to effectively utilize inventory management systems, generate reports, and optimize warehouse operations using software and technology.
- Language skills: Hindi & English
