Informatica PC_IICS Support_JL5 &
responsibilities • Provide L3 application support for Informatica PC and IICS related ETL jobs.
- Monitor batch jobs, workflow and data loads; identify and resolve failures within SLA.
- Analyze issues related to data discrepancies, performance and job failure.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes.
- Coordinate with development, DBA and Admin teams for issue resolution.
- Handle production incident, service request and change deployments.
- Support releases, patching and migration activities.
- Provide status updates and participate in on-call/shift-based support as required.
