Purpose of the Role: To bridge the gap between business processes and Infor M3 ERP system by translating business requirements into functional specifications, guiding system configuration and deployment, and ensuring optimal system utilization across business functions through Enhancement JIRA Requests. We also fix the issues reported daily to ensure things are running smoothly through the Incident Management Process- ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders/ technical teams for all Infor M3-related functional activities.
- Represent business needs during requirement gathering, design workshops, and solution testing phases.

? Responsibilities Breakdown:

- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Work with users and stakeholders to gather and document detailed functional requirements.
- System Configuration and Customization: Configure Infor M3 modules (e.g., Supply Chain, Sales & Distribution, manufacturing) to align with business needs.
- Testing and Validation: Execute unit, integration, and UAT testing to validate system behaviour against business expectations.
- User Training and Support: Train users, create manuals, KB Articles, and provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting.
- Process Design and Optimization: Review current processes and propose Infor M3-enabled enhancements.
- Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration strategies from legacy systems into Infor M3.
- Documentation: Develop functional specs, Test Cases, Test plans, user documentation,



and reports.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technical consultants, developers, and PMs for seamless delivery.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Accuracy and completeness of functional specifications
- On-time and on-budget implementation of Infor M3 configurations
- Number of post-go-live issues resolved within SLA
- Quality and completeness of documentation and test results

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Infor M3 Expertise: Deep knowledge of Infor M3 modules and experience with ERP implementation/configuration
- Business Process Understanding: In-depth understanding of domains like supply chain, inventory, procurement, sales, or finance
- Communication and Collaboration: Solid stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration skills
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot functional and integration issues
- Documentation Proficiency: Experience creating detailed functional specs, user guides, and test cases
- Training Skills: Capable of developing training content and delivering effective user training sessions
