As an Infor FSM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing Infor Financials & Supply Management solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design effective solutions, conduct workshops, perform testing, and support deployments. Your expertise in Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain processes will be essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct business requirement workshops and analyze current processes
- Configure Infor FSM modules aligned with business needs
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and support gap analysis
- Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Support end-to-end FSM implementation, data migration, and integration testing
- Provide post-deployment support, including hypercare and support for cloud updates

Finance Modules Expertise

- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Management / Fixed Assets
- Cash Management
- Budgeting & Cost Accounting
- Reconciliation & Financial Close Management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or IT

5+ years ERP consulting experience

2+ years Infor FSM / Lawson experience

Solid understanding of finance and procurement processes

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Certifications & Experience:

- Infor FSM Certification
- Multiple end-to-end FSM implementations
- Experience with CloudSuite Financials & Supply Management
- Industry experience in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Distribution, Hospitality, or Financial Services

Technical Skills (Nice to Have):

Infor OS, ION, IPA, Data Fabric, Landmark Technology

API, XML, JSON integrations

SQL reporting and data analysis
