Role Description The Influencer Sourcing Partner will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding relevant influencers and publishers for VKfluence’s performance marketing campaigns.

This role involves daily outreach through social media, email, and networking platforms, along with building and maintaining strong professional relationships with influencers across multiple niches and regions.

The position includes evaluating influencer performance, negotiating collaboration terms, coordinating campaign requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of campaign requirements.



The Influencer Sourcing Partner will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align influencer partnerships with campaign goals and optimize campaign results.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication & Public Relations skills to engage, negotiate, and maintain professional relationships with influencers and partners.
- Proficiency in Influencer Marketing & Social Media Marketing to source, assess, and activate suitable creators for performance campaigns.
- Sales skills to drive partnership sign-ups, manage pipelines, and contribute to revenue-focused initiatives.
- Ability to research and analyze influencer performance metrics, audience demographics, and campaign outcomes.
- Comfortable working on-site in Sikar, with a collaborative approach and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in influencer outreach, creator sourcing, or publisher network management is an advantage.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
