About the Role

Eleve Media is looking for an enthusiastic and execution-focused Influencer Marketing Executive to join our Gurugram team. If you're passionate about the creator economy and have hands-on experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers aligned with brand objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies.
- Coordinate campaign execution, ensuring timely content delivery and quality standards.
- Negotiate commercials, timelines, and deliverables with creators.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and the evolving creator ecosystem.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing influencer campaigns from ideation to execution.




- Proven ability to work with high-quality creators and deliver impactful campaigns.
- Experience with micro-influencers is acceptable, provided campaigns demonstrate strong execution and creator quality.
- Good understanding of the macro creator ecosystem, including talent identification, commercial negotiations, and campaign execution.
- Exposure to influencer campaigns with budgets of ₹15–20 lakh or above is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.

Preferred Profile

- Prior experience with an influencer marketing agency, digital marketing agency, or within the creator ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of the Indian creator landscape and emerging social media trends.
- A proactive, organized, and solution-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
