Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and trend-savvy Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator partnerships, execute impactful influencer campaigns, and drive brand growth across FMCG, Fashion, Beauty, and Hospitality categories.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from planning to execution and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies.
- Identify emerging trends, creators, and content formats within the creator ecosystem.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Executives, Managers, and Interns.
- Present campaign strategies, reports, and insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Drive innovative, culturally relevant campaign ideas and influencer activations.
- Manage creator negotiations, budgets, timelines, and campaign deliverables.
- Leverage AI tools for campaign planning, content ideation, and productivity.

Required Skills

- 3-5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships,



or Digital Marketing.
- Solid experience managing influencer campaigns across FMCG, Fashion, Beauty, and Hospitality brands.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven team management and leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of influencer metrics, reporting, and campaign performance analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
