Role Description As an Influencer Marketing Intern at DreamTeam, you will support the team in identifying and researching relevant influencers across social media platforms. You will help with outreach, communication, and relationship management with influencers, including drafting briefs, coordinating content timelines, and tracking deliverables. Daily tasks include assisting in campaign planning, monitoring influencer content, gathering performance data, and preparing reports and insights for internal use and clients.

You will also contribute to brainstorming creative campaign ideas, staying updated on social media trends,



and maintaining organized records of influencer collaborations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India.

Qualifications

- Foundational understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and influencer marketing trends.
- Strong communication skills for professional outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building with influencers and internal stakeholders.
- Basic data analysis abilities for tracking campaign performance, organizing metrics, and preparing clear reports.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and documentation simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas for content, campaigns, and audience engagement strategies.
- Comfort using common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work in office in Chandigarh, India and collaborate effectively as part of a diverse team.
