We help brands build meaningful relationships with audiences through strategic creator partnerships and integrated digital communications.

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who wants to get close to the real work behind creator campaigns.

This is a hands-on role where you will work across multiple briefs and gradually take ownership of the journey from brief to campaign closure.

What you’ll work on• Understand brand and campaign briefs

- Discover and evaluate relevant creators
- Build solid, client-ready creator shortlists
- Research creators across platforms and categories
- Communicate with creators, influencers, and talent managers
- Manage outreach and follow-ups
- Negotiate creator commercials and deliverables
- Coordinate campaign workflows, timelines, and approvals
- Keep track of creator commitments and campaign deliverables
- Solve execution challenges and keep campaigns moving
- Support campaign closure and reporting

What we’re looking for• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, advertising, social media,



or creator partnerships
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Media, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Good negotiation and relationship management skills
- Strong organisation and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
- Good understanding of social media, creators, and content
- Problem-solving attitude and practical thinking
- Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions

You don't need to know everything already.

We are looking for someone who is curious, commercially aware, organised, good with people, and excited to learn by working on real campaigns.
