Role Description The Influencer Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, you will identify and onboard suitable influencers for brand campaigns, manage ongoing relationships with creators, and coordinate end-to-end campaign execution. You will support market planning and research, prepare campaign proposals, track performance metrics,



and assist in reporting outcomes to clients.

Daily tasks include communicating with influencers and brand partners, negotiating deliverables, ensuring timely content delivery, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize campaign strategy and reach.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing, with the ability to design and support influencer campaign strategies.
- Experience in Market Research to identify relevant influencers, audience segments, and competitive trends.
- Excellent Communication skills for managing relationships with influencers, brands, and internal stakeholders.
- Sales and Marketing abilities to pitch campaigns, negotiate terms, and contribute to business growth.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and digital campaign metrics.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or advertising agencies is an advantage.
