Role Overview:

We are looking for a energetic and execution-focused Influencer Marketing Coordinator who will manage end-to-end influencer campaigns while also actively participating as a UGC creator and in-house influencer for select brand collaborations.This is a role requiring strong coordination skills, creative confidence, and comfort being on camera.

Key Responsibilities:

- Influencer Campaign Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across multiple client campaigns
- Handle influencer communication, negotiations, deliverables, timelines, and payouts
- Share briefs and ensure content aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives
- Coordinate posting schedules and approvals
- Track campaign performance and maintain influencer databases
- Ensure smooth execution and timely completion of campaigns
- UGC Creation for Client Brands
- Act as a UGC creator for client campaigns (Reels, Stories, short-form content)
- Create authentic, creator-style content including:
- Product demonstrations
- Voiceovers
- Talking-head videos
- Trend-based content




- Deliver content aligned with brand briefs while maintaining natural storytelling
- Shoot content independently or collaborate with the internal team when required
- Maintain a professional, confident, and brand-safe on-screen presence
- In-House Influencer Participation
- Be part of Adbuffs’ in-house influencer pool
- Post assigned client content on personal social media profiles when required
- Represent brands authentically while following platform disclosure guidelines
- Participate in internal shoots, content planning, and trend-based campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable being on camera and creating short-form content
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, trends, and social media algorithms
- Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask across multiple campaigns

Job Location: Kolkata

Working days & Job Timings:

Monday - Friday, from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm
