- Procurement Executive/Manager to manage international sales, procurement activities, supplier sourcing, customer acquisition, and export business development. The candidate will be responsible for promoting steel products and other export commodities, identifying global buyers, negotiating with suppliers, preparing business data, and ensuring smooth execution of import-export operations.

Key Responsibilities 1.

International

Sales &

- Business Development  Identify potential international buyers through online platforms, B2B portals, trade directories, and market research.  Generate qualified sales leads from different countries.  Contact prospective customers through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and phone calls.  Pitch company products and services to overseas clients.  Build and maintain long-term business relationships.  Convert inquiries into confirmed purchase orders.  Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. 2.

Export Product Sales

Promote and sell products such as: Steel Products  Steel Pipes  Steel Tubes  MS Pipes  GI Pipes  Stainless Steel Products  Steel Sheets  Steel Coils  Steel Bars  Structural Steel  Industrial Steel Products 3. Procurement &

- Supplier Development  Identify reliable manufacturers and suppliers.  Source products according to buyer specifications.  Compare quotations and negotiate the best prices.  Evaluate supplier quality, delivery timelines, and production capacity.  Build a strong supplier database.  Coordinate procurement activities from purchase to dispatch.  Ensure timely product availability.

- Market Research  Conduct market research for current export opportunities.  Identify high-demand products in international markets.  Research competitors and pricing trends.  Maintain updated buyer and supplier databases.  Generate fresh business opportunities daily.  Track market developments and export trends. 5.

Client

Pitching &

- Negotiation  Prepare product presentations and quotations.  Present company profile and product portfolio.  Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts.  Handle customer objections professionally.  Follow up with prospects until order closure.  Maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Data Preparation &
- Documentation  Prepare daily sales reports.  Maintain customer databases.  Update procurement records.  Prepare quotations and Proforma Invoices (PI).  Assist in preparing Purchase Orders (PO).  Maintain shipment records.  Prepare MIS reports.  Track inquiries and follow-ups.  Maintain CRM and Excel reports. 7.

Export Documentation Support

Coordinate with the documentation team for:  Commercial Invoice  Packing List  Bill of Lading  Certificate of Origin  Shipping Bill  Export Declaration  Insurance Documents  Inspection Certificates  Customs Documentation 8.

Coordination Work closely with:  Procurement Team  Sales Team  Logistics Team  CHA (Custom House Agent)  Freight Forwarders  Shipping Lines  Overseas Buyers  Manufacturers  Finance Department Other Export Products  Agricultural Products  Food Products  Industrial Raw Materials  Chemicals  Construction Materials  Engineering Products  Textiles  Handicrafts  Consumer Goods  Customized Export Products as per buyer requirement
