- Site surveys, layouts and CAD drawings
- BOQs, estimation and government SOR/DSR
- Sourcing and negotiating with local civil contractors
- Negotiating billing matters with Indian government clients
- Site execution, measurements, quality and progress reporting
- Robust communication in Hindi and English
Candidates must be comfortable with frequent travel and staying at project sites when required.
