Role Description The Immigration Consultant will provide end-to-end guidance to clients on immigration pathways, documentation requirements, and application processes. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves conducting detailed consultations, assessing eligibility, and preparing case files for various visa and immigration programs.

The Immigration

Consultant will liaise with internal specialists, monitor application progress, and communicate updates to clients in a explicit and timely manner. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records,



staying current with global immigration regulations, and ensuring that each client’s case follows internal quality standards and compliance guidelines. The role also requires active participation in process improvements and collaboration with team members to enhance the overall client experience.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Immigration Issues and Global Immigration regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them to individual cases.
- Experience working with different types of Visas and related application procedures.
- Understanding of Law as it relates to immigration policies, compliance, and documentation.
- Demonstrated Consulting skills, including client needs assessment, solution recommendation, and ongoing case support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex immigration requirements in a clear and accessible manner.
- High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and maintain a professional, client-centered approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Human Resources, or a related field; relevant certifications in immigration consulting are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an immigration services firm or related consulting environment is preferred.
