- Explain eligibility, process, documentation, timelines and fees clearly.
- Handle PR and Temporary Visa enquiries for Canada and Australia.
- Build a strong relationship with clients through honest and professional communication.
- Follow up consistently with interested clients and convert qualified leads.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain proper lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the processing team after enrolment to ensure a smooth handover.
- Keep yourself updated with changes in Canada and Australia immigration programs.

- 2–5 years of experience in Immigration Consultancy / Sales.
- Good practical knowledge of Canada & Australia PR and Temporary Visas.
- Strong communication and counselling skills.
- Comfortable discussing fees, handling objections and closing clients.
- Good follow-up discipline and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, confident and professional approach.
- Ability to explain complex immigration information in a simple and explicit manner.
