A knowledgeable counseling team helps learners choose suitable countries, courses, and institutions while supporting visa applications within desired timelines. The pre-arrival team further assists students with travel arrangements, airport pickup, enrollment, and accommodation, ensuring a smooth transition to studying overseas.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IELTS Trainer role based in Surat. The IELTS Trainer will deliver engaging classroom lessons focused on all IELTS modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking) to diverse groups of learners.

Responsibilities include designing lesson plans, preparing teaching materials, conducting practice tests, and providing individualized feedback to help students improve their language proficiency and test strategies.



The trainer will monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with counselors and administrative staff to support overall student success. The role also involves staying updated on IELTS exam formats and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement of the language academy’s training programs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching to design and deliver effective classroom sessions.
- Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of IELTS, including test structure, scoring, and preparation strategies.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to learners at different proficiency levels.
- Prior experience training learners for standardized English tests (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE) is required
- Strong classroom management, time management, and student mentoring abilities, with a learner-centric approach.
- Comfort working in an on-site academic workplace and collaborating with counselors and support teams.
