- Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Read and understand mechanical and HVAC drawings.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare daily progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Support procurement and material planning.
