Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and personnel records maintenance, in an on-site role based in Delhi, India. This full-time position involves supporting HR policies and procedures, assisting with performance management processes, coordinating employee advantages and welfare activities, and handling queries related to HR and company practices.



The role includes collaborating with managers on workforce planning, supporting recruitment and selection activities, and helping organize training and development initiatives.

The Human Resources

Specialist will also assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining accurate HR data, preparing regular HR reports, and contributing to a positive, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR), with experience supporting HR operations and employee services.
- Skills in HR Management and Personnel Management to handle staffing, performance processes, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits to implement guidelines, administer benefits, and support compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple tasks, and use HRIS or HR-related software and MS Office efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with Indian labor laws and HR practices in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.
