About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive/Associate to support day-to-day HR activities and ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn various aspects of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, documentation, transfers, confirmations, and exits.
- Coordinate the employee onboarding process, including document collection, verification, HR induction, and joining formalities.
- Maintain and regularly update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and other HR documents.
- Support full and final settlement processes for exiting employees.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of HR-related activities.
- Ensure employee records and HR documentation are maintained with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, HR initiatives, and internal events.
- Support statutory/compliance-related HR activities as required.
- Handle other HR operational responsibilities assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role.
- Freshers with relevant internships or academic exposure to HR may also apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.
