Role Description The Human Resources Recruitment Team Lead will oversee end-to-end hiring processes for multiple roles across Hoora’s operations, corporate, and partner programs. This full-time, on-site position is based in Nagpur and involves managing a small recruitment team, setting hiring priorities, and ensuring timely and high-quality talent acquisition. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to align recruitment needs with business goals.

The role also includes tracking recruitment metrics, improving recruitment workflows, maintaining candidate pipelines,



and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The Team

Lead will collaborate closely with HR and leadership on workforce planning, onboarding support, and adherence to company policies and employment regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including experience with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Candidates should possess leadership and team management skills to guide, mentor, and develop a recruitment team while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, including experience with tracking recruitment metrics, managing pipelines, and optimizing processes.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with HR practices and basic labor regulations, along with experience using applicant tracking systems or recruitment platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in recruitment or HR is also valued.
- Prior experience in high-volume hiring, operations-focused roles, or fast-growing consumer service companies is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Nagpur, adapt to a energetic environment, and maintain a professional, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring approach.
