Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Dera Bassi.

The Human Resources

Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for a growing logistics organization. Daily responsibilities include developing HR policies, maintaining compliance with labor laws and company standards, managing payroll and perks coordination in collaboration with relevant teams, and addressing employee relations matters in a fair and consistent manner. The role also involves supporting leadership with workforce planning, conducting training and development initiatives, maintaining accurate HR records and HRIS data,



and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

The Human Resources

Manager will collaborate closely with operations, sales, and support teams to ensure HR practices align with business objectives and operational needs.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes to support staffing needs in a logistics environment.
- Experience with performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and conflict resolution to foster a constructive workplace.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and HR documentation, including contracts, disciplinary procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Ability to manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HRIS or similar systems with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities, including handling multiple priorities and maintaining detailed records.
- Prior experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, ideally within logistics, transportation, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (such as SHRM or equivalent) are an advantage.
