Role Description The Human Resources Manager role at Nova IVF Fertility is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and exit processes. Daily responsibilities include implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, managing payroll inputs and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.

The role also involves partnering with clinic leadership to address workforce planning, resolving employee concerns,



supporting training and development initiatives, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The HR Manager will collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams to standardize best practices and support organizational growth.

Qualifications

- Strong HR operations and administration skills, including experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to promote a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing work workplace.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliances, HR policies, and best practices in healthcare or service-oriented industries.
- Ability to manage HR data, use HRIS or HR software, and handle payroll inputs and benefits coordination with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with clinical and administrative teams.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist, preferably in healthcare, fertility services, or multi-location organizations.
