About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager with strong exposure to the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and supporting business teams in building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, closing, presales, marketing, and corporate roles.
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet business hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with business heads and managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage the selection process.
- Handle onboarding, employee documentation, and joining formalities.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace initiatives.
- Manage HR policies, processes, attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Address employee concerns and support effective grievance resolution.
- Track recruitment metrics, hiring status, and HR reports.




- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HR policies and labour regulations.
- Build robust relationships with employees and business stakeholders.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Good understanding of HR operations and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment platforms.

Industry Preference

- Candidates with prior experience in a real estate developer firm will be preferred.
