Role Description The Human Resources Manager role at HR Marga is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing core HR functions, including -

- Manage HR policies and procedures, and support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations,

and engagement initiatives.

- Support Compensation and Benefit Programs
- HR Analytics & Reporting

Qualifications

- Ability to design and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices aligned with local labor laws.
- Skills in communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management to work effectively with employees and leadership.
- Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience of 8-10 years in an HR managerial or senior HR role, preferably in an on-site, fast-paced organizational environment and leading 3-4 HR professionals
- Experience working in Social enterprises, and/or Community based Sustainability focussed organisation
